SHELLCOAST CHAPTER AACN MEETING

Members Present:

Paul Palanzi President, Jenneine Lambert Treasurer, Jan DeBlois Secretary, Corine Palanzi, Olinda Spritzer, Fran Papner, Jo Boridonaro, Tamara Clark, Ashley Tabor, and special guest speaker Natalie Bermudez AACN Chapter Advisor,,MSNed RN PCCN

Meeting held at Church Meeting Room in Fort Myers at 6:30 p.m. with Special Guest Speaker Natalie Bermudez, AACN Chapter Advisor, speaking on Moral Distress in the ICU setting. Also, Natalie spoke extensively on Healthy Work Environment Standards.

Discussions held afterwards regarding Nursing Network website, educational departments at hospital promoting AACN membership and local chapter, sending out personal invitations to members, or others wishing to be members, with questions of what would entice you to join  AACN?  

 

Our next two meetings will be sponsored, with, place TBA.  Zoll is sponsoring a CEU dinner and program at Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Estero, April 17th, 2018.  

Donations to the Salvation Army will  be gladly accepted for our AACN Chapter to contribute to the community.
